Mr. Javie joined the firm as an associate in 2011. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Miami in 2007. While at Miami, Mr. Javie was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and a staff writer for the Miami Hurricane. Mr. Javie graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2010. While at Villanova, Mr. Javie was a staff writer for the Environmental Law Journal, a member of the National Trial Competition Team, and a research assistant for Professor Tuan Samahon. Additionally, Mr. Javie participated in a clinical program at the Defender Association of Philadelphia and worked as a summer clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Rogers of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. As an associate of Michael J. Diamondstein, P.C., Mr. Javie has successfully defended felony and misdemeanor cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
